CK Solutions provides talent sourcing, recruitment, and remote workforce management services, connecting Australian businesses with skilled professionals from Vietnam. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Talent identification and assessment
• Remote team setup and management
• AI-enhanced workflow integration
• Ongoing support and professional development

3. Client Obligations

As a client of CK Solutions, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information regarding your business needs
• Conduct all business activities in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Make timely payments according to the agreed payment schedule
• Treat all professionals connected through our services with respect and professionalism
• Maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary methods and processes disclosed by CK Solutions

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms vary based on the specific services engaged. Standard payment terms include:

• An initial deposit to begin the talent search process
• Monthly service fees for ongoing talent management
• Additional fees for specialized services as agreed upon in writing

All fees are due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement. Late payments may incur additional charges.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property created by professionals placed through our services belongs to the client, subject to the terms of the specific employment or contractor agreement established between the client and the professional. CK Solutions retains ownership of all proprietary methods, processes, and tools used in our services.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the business relationship. This includes business strategies, client lists, pricing information, and any other data designated as confidential.

7. Limitation of Liability

CK Solutions strives to provide high-quality services but cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Term and Termination

Service agreements typically have an initial term of 12 months unless otherwise specified. Either party may terminate the agreement with 60 days' written notice. Early termination may incur fees as outlined in the specific service agreement.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Melbourne, Australia, under the rules of the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Modifications to Terms

CK Solutions reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
